Piaggio Typhoon 125cc 2 stroke - Rare Models and Special Editions

The Piaggio Typhoon was introduced in 1995 with 49cc, 80cc and 124cc engines. The 125 scooter was a hit and became the best selling scooter of the 90s. In further efforts to connect people from the trend of scooters to fashion items and keep the Piaggio Typhoon a fresh brand, Paiggio realseased its special editions based on the pit bikes or pit scooters of racing teams available in that era.

After the sucess of the 1994 Benetton Formula team driven by Michael Shumacher Piaggio/Gilera released the Piaggio Typhoon Benneton F1 special edition.

Other Special edition Typhoons include the Martini Racing colours and the matt black xr models.These bikes especially in the 125cc option and in good condition are extreamly rare.
